It does yes, you can utilise the bending software in an off-machine version, where you can create bending programs, and load them into a machine using a USB or LAN connection.

It's the standard multi-way vee, using the 50mm here.

@@b0zz1380y there's not really any particular special tool for folding chequer, standard tooling will do the job, with a good sized radius on it, but the tooling will wear down quickly where the raised parts of the chequer are due to the nature of the material.

Certainly on our machines, the Delem controller will be configured ready to go with the Press Brake. Materials and K Factors are calculated when loading a bending programme in. Hope this helps, glad you like the video!

Hi Mike, glad you liked it! I'm afraid not, our Press Brakes either have manual crowning, or CNC controlled, we don't supply machines with manually adjustable motorised system sorry.

Just speaking to an engineer - it's not possible in the Ajancam software, as that will only allow you to create a nest via an array such as 5 x 10 layout etc. With odd shapes however, if you need to nest on them, you can do this directly on the Ajan controller. We will get a video together to show how this works.

Yes, not a problem. You can make a nest for whatever shape you want, to suit offcuts or odd shaped parts.

Plenty of flexible finance options out there if you wanted Jon, with offering profiling services alongside your own requirements one of these machines can pay for itself very quickly.

A small and simple profile cutter for cutting up to 8mm steel. 2. A box and pan folder. And 3. A pot of gold to pay for them! I dare not risk finance to be honest because the cost of those two machines would be tricky for my tiny business to support. That being said, I do appreciate your comment. Best regards, Jon.
